Refund policy

Krakow Tasty Food Tour sells guided food and walking tours. We do not ship physical products, so traditional returns do not apply. Refunds are governed by our cancellation policy below.

Cancellations by you

• Cancellations made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the tour start time are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 1 day (24 hours) before the tour start time are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to severe weather, insufficient bookings (minimum 2 guests per departure), staff illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook on another date at no extra cost.

How to request a refund

Email foodtourkrakow@gmail.com with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed through Bokun to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
